bright and black

shadows tethered tame

shadows run amok

both bloody at rise

at set

different kinds of blind

still just no sight

colored the same

wet my face loss

comb my hair with gave-up

get dressed with don't want to

walk like i can't

pretending to breathe

where i can see them
